A wonderful biography of our beloved colleague and friend, Dr Libby Brateman, has been posted on the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) website under “History and Heritage” and “AAPM Fellows”. You will need to login with your AAPM account in order to access it.
The majority of the biography was written for Dr Brateman after her death by colleagues and family. It beautifully summarizes the life of a medical physics pioneer!
