The American College of Radiology (ACR) and the Commission on Medical Physics has announced a new travel scholarship for Medical Physics students.

The ACR will award the travel scholarship to one medical physics graduate student annually. Applicants need to join ACR as a Member-in-Training (free), and be currently enrolled in a CAMPEP-accredited graduate program.

The scholarship will be awarded to a candidate who demonstrates exceptional ability to communicate the value and relevance of his or her work to other healthcare professionals who are not medical physicists. Competition for the scholarship requires the support of the student’s Program Director and faculty advisor(s).

More details can be accessed via the ACR’s Medical Physics Travel Scholarship webpage.
