Join us in welcoming Dr Mark Artz to the UF Medical Physics graduate program’s faculty!
Dr Artz is an Assistant Professor at the UF Health Proton Therapy Institute in Jacksonville. He obtained his BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering and his MS in Nuclear Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge. He obtained his PhD in Radiological Engineering from the University of Tennessee and completed a residency in therapeutic medical physics at Provision Healthcare and Erlanger Health System in Knoxville. He also recently obtained a MBA from the University of Tennessee.
