UF Medical Physics bid a fond farewell to Dr Stephanie Leon, Associate Professor, who is headed to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire, to become the new Chief of Diagnostic Medical Physics in the Department of Radiology.
Dr Leon, a “Triple Gator”, has been an exceptional asset to the University of Florida as evidenced by her outstanding clinical role, educational endeavors, research initiatives, academic/leadership participation, and administrative responsibilities.
There is no doubt that she will effectively lead Dartmouth Medical Physics into the future. We are excited to follow her journey and look forward to her continued positive impact on the science of Medical Physics.
