Abby is a board-certified therapeutic medical physicist employed at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, PA. She is one of the leads of the HDR brachytherapy program, and she is also responsible for regular clinical duties, including TBI, TSET, SBRT, GammaPod, and LDR brachytherapy. She is an active member of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) both at the national level and with the local Penn-Ohio chapter.

As one of our professional PhD students, Abby is excited for the opportunities presented for research and career development. Her main interests include adaptive radiotherapy, brachytherapy, process improvement, teaching, and treatment planning.

Outside of work, Abby enjoys playing volleyball and attending the theater to watch musicals. She also loves spending time with her friends and coworkers at any of the great spots Pittsburgh has to offer!
